How long does shipping take?
Your item can take approximately up to one week or less to arrive.
Please allow approx. 0 to 3 business days to process your order, and approx. 1 to 4 days to arrive after it is processed and shipped.
How can I track my package?
You will be emailed a USPS tracking number when it ships. Please make sure to include an email address at checkout to receive the notifications. Tracking numbers are not sent via text message.
How much is shipping?
FREE shipping within the USA for orders $25 and up. We charge a flat rate of $5 for orders under $25.
Do you ship outside of the USA?
Our system currently ships within the USA, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom. We charge a flat rate of $15 to ship to these countries at checkout.
We do often ship to many other countries, as long as our shipping company will send it. Please inquire with your items and address or location, for pricing and availability via email or our contact form. It usually costs approx. $15 to $20 to ship outside of the USA.
The client is responsible for all customs fees and taxes, if their country requires that.
Why Can't I see my notes that I left on my order?
Once you place your order, your notes disappear on your end and do not show up on your confirmation email. But they do come through for us.
I forgot to write my notes. What can I do?

My order was sent wrong. What can be done?
We are very sorry if a mistake was made on your order. Please contact us via our contact form or email us so that we can immediately fix our mistake. Thank you and sorry again.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. No cancelations, returns, or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any issues with your order. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the gold plating of any gold plated jewelry and silver jewelry, it is a universal recommendation that it should not be wet, or perspired on too much. It should also be protected from perfumes, lotions, and chemicals. That goes for any brand. For example, it should not be bathed with, worn in the pool, or worn during vigorous exercise so that the gold plating is preserved to its best quality.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer Shop Pay, where you can pay in installments. You can either pay now, or pay in 4 installments. You can pay every 2 weeks with no interest or fees.
Is Gold Dipped sold in stores?
No, sorry. We currently only sell our jewelry online. We ship directly from our warehouse.
Can I do local pick up?
Yes. We offer a local pick up at B & F Jewelry in the Jewelry District of Downtown Los Angeles. Our Gold Dipped collection is not available for purchase or viewing there, as it is shipped directly from our warehouse.
You will get an email when your order is ready for pick up. It is usually ready within 24 hours. Please bring that confirmation email with you. You have 7 business days to pick up from the date of that email. If you need longer please let us know and we will continue to hold it for you. Thank you.

Where can I leave a review or read product reviews?
All of our items on our website have the option to leave a review, or read other clients reviews. If you buy on the shop app, you can review the product there too. We also have reviews on our Etsy shop. We are so proud to say that all of our products are 5 star rated! Thank you so much for your support!
My tracking number shows that my package is being sent back to you. Now what?
This is usually due to providing an insufficient address at checkout. When and if the package comes back to our facility a team member will email you to reship your package to a sufficient address. You are responsible for paying a $5 fee to have your package shipped again. You have 4 days to respond to our email. After that the merchandise will be added back to our inventory. If the merchandise is to sell out before your response time, you will be able to use the payment towards something else. We do not offer refunds.
