18k gold plated broken heart pendants that make one heart when you stick them together. They are encrusted with shiny cubic zirconia stones. On one side is Mother Mary, and on the other side is a crucifix. Also on one side it says Te and on the other side it says Amo. 

Each heart half comes with an 18k gold plated figaro chain.
