This is our medium sized tricolor Saint Jude pendant combined with our icy initial pendant. Both the letter and the Saint Jude are gold plated, so is the cuban linkchain. The stones on the letter are high quality real cz stones that look just like diamonds. 
Note: We have this in all gold too, but the chain on that one is a figaro chain.
