This is our Saint Jude pendant combined with an initial pendant. 

You can either purchase it with our bling divider ball in the middle, or choose not to. Please make your selection in the dropdown menu. The purpose of the divider ball is so that the charms do not overlap each other. The chain is a classic gold plated figaro chain. 

Note: In the photo it shows a very small stone on the Saint Jude. But we it comes plain now.
